Can you match a logo or specific font?
Yes. Send me a file or a reference image and I'll work from it. I design everything before anything touches the CNC — you'll see exactly what it looks like before it gets cut.
How long does it take?
Most signs ship within 2–3 weeks of design approval. Larger builds may take slightly longer — I'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Do you ship or is this pickup only?
Both. I ship anywhere in the US. Local Cape Cod pickup is always free. Shipping is calculated by size and weight and included in your quote.
Can I use it outdoors?
Covered outdoor use — yes. Direct sun and rain — I'll seal it specifically for that, which affects the price slightly. Just mention it in your inquiry.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Realtors, contractors, and businesses order regularly. Select "bulk order" in the form and I'll put together a custom quote based on quantity.
What if I don't like the proof?
We revise it until it's right. I don't cut anything until you say go. That's not a policy — that's just how I work.
